Patti Pangborn, Contributor

Patti Pangborn lives in Chicago, Illinois and is currently pursuing her second Bachelor’s degree in Poetry at Columbia College Chicago.  She hopes to start her Master’s degree soon.  Originally from Michigan, Patti earned her first BA in Public Relations at Central Michigan University.  Her dream job is to be paid to go to school for the rest of her life and be a stay-at-home poet.  To pay the bills and buy cat food, she works as an office manager for an educational arts non-profit in Chicago called Changing Worlds.  This is her first time working for a non-profit and she is enjoying the learning and networking experiences that come along with the job.  Before landing her current gig, Patti worked overnight at a historical hotel in downtown Chicago, which made for some interesting stories you can read here at her blog Tales From the Night Shift.
