Andrea Hayes, Contributor

Andrea Hayes is a devoted mother and teacher who lives in Grand Ledge, MI.  She earned her degree in Secondary Education at Western Michigan University, and her M.A.T at Marygrove College.  For eight years, Andrea has taught junior high and high school English and mathematics at Maple Valley Jr./Sr. High School and math courses at Lansing Community College.  In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, including son Gavin (3), running, hiking, reading, writing, baking, spending time outdoors, and having a great time with her loved ones.

Andrea currently maintains two blogs: one that chronicles the humorous events that happen in her daily life as a mom and teacher, Momma Teacher Lady; andCleft Support which is designed to provide information and support for parents with a child born with cleft lip and/or palate.
