Lauren Folkes is a free-lance journalist who likes writing, reading, yoga, chai tea, critters, and tattoos. No matter where she is, she will likely have H20 and a book in tow. She enjoys blogging about health and veganism and loves to find ways to be good to herself and the planet. As soon as possible, she will have a french bulldog, the more face rolls the better. She has lived in a few different states, currently residing outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan with her lovely boyfriend. She has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in English and Journalism from Aquinas College.
