Ever since I started seeing Essie nail polish on the shelves at every local drug store and discount retailer, I wanted to try it. I would stand in the aisle for what seemed like hours pouring over the rows and rows of unique shades and subsequently walking away with nothing due to their $8 per bottle price tag.
One day, on a whim, sick of my sorry old nail polish, I purchased one of Essie’s new Fall colors, “Case Study,” and I am now hooked! Application was a breeze with each stroke of polish blending into the other. I applied two coats (no primer or clear coat used) and my nails look like they got a professional manicure!

I started using Essie last summer and have not looked back! I am obsessed with their colors and how long the polish stays on.
I have to admit that I’ve always been an OPI girl myself but sometimes you need to branch out of your confort zone so I will give Essie a try!
I have been doing the same! Would you say you like Essie better than OPI? The colors seem more “milky” than OPI’s typically are. If anyone else can weigh in on which they like better, I’d love to know!
